Facility Use Request – Outside Organizations
Groups from the Community are welcome to hold meetings and events in our church, but there are various fees and availability that may affect a reservation. Groups are encouraged to print and fill out these forms, call the office, and bring in the forms and a deposit. Our Parish Coordinator will confirm whether or not space is available and what fees and deposits will be required. For further information, please call the church office at 847-825-3144.
