So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

Sunday Morning Worship Schedule

There is a time and place for everyone at First United Methodist Church of Park Ridge. We hold three Sunday Services and each one has it's own unique worship style.

Our early morning service begins at 8:00 AM. It is an intimate setting held in the Bobby Fox Chapel which is located on the second floor.

At 9:00 AM we offer a contemporary style service held in the Sanctuary with the Jubilee Singers accompanied by keyboard, guitar and drums. Sunday School is held during the service for children pre-K through fifth grade and childcare is available for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old.

For a more traditional worship experience come to the 10:30 AM Service which is also held in the Sanctuary.  At this service you will hear the revered sound of a pipe organ as you sing from the traditional hymnal.

Sunday School is also available from 10:30 to 11:30 for Middle School, grades 6-8 and High School, grades 9-12.
